docs/proposals/2026-10-02-agent-stack-completion.md§5 的 N1（内核 harness）、Q1（图执行）、I1（命令化识别）三个阶段，按当前 pin 基线（native 3a110a7、squad 5a57636、intent 65aaebc、backend e7fb276）落成可启动的实施方案。docs/proposals/2026-10-07-agent-stack-n1q1i1-plans.md：现状 gap（file:line 证据）、工作包分解、实施顺序、风险、与总提案逐条映射的验收表、三任务并行协调规则（同一 R0 兄弟分支；库仓 PR → Backend PR → Dev gitlink PR）。只写设计文档：不实施代码、不改指针、不合入由本 PR 作者执行。
