Why: Fixed replay RED and source review show omitted domain timestamps and clock rollback can change recovered project state.

Evidence: RDM 8f80e55 contains three deterministic time RED cases; document hashes and links were checked through Dev evidence.

Impact: Save an unapproved schema and time-contract amendment plus current component and DHF dependency status; production time semantics remain unchanged.
