Wire RDM member settings to server-side member search and the hardened Picker.
Why:
RDM settings phase 1a, requirement R2: account/name search (fuzzy or exact), professional-role filter and paging must come from the server (filter before paging), same-name people are told apart by account, and already-joined accounts cannot be added again.
Evidence:
Implemented by agent-exec unit frontend-rdm1a-members-search (cursor, transport 96ab2eb); host review.
Local (SELF) in the composition directory with UI 5c2b103 (UI #59): npx tsc -b ok; npx vitest run 341 passed (17 new in test/rdm-members-search.test.ts); npx vite build ok. Frontend CI runs governance only; the Dev composition CI repeats test/build when Dev re-pins Frontend.
Impact:
Candidate picker: professional-role filter (hidden when rdm.role.options is unavailable), match mode, joined accounts shown disabled, selected person shown by name and account; old client-side first-page fallback removed.
Member table: name and account, search, role filter, total count and "加载更多成员" paging; late responses discarded.
Requires RDM with the R2 contracts (rdm.account.list roleId/match, rdm.project.member.list paging, rdm.role.options); readiness gating unchanged.
Non-blocking notes: a second import statement sits before MemberRow to stay clear of the import block that IAM U4 edits.
