Why: store.me was only written by the forced-change gate's onDone
(refreshMe sole caller), so after any page reload or a normal
re-login me stayed null and the admin menu (me?.isAdmin gate in
TaskSidebar/AdminZone) vanished permanently - reported repeatedly as
the user-management page becoming unavailable.
Evidence: vitest 100/100 pass and tsc+vite build clean after the
change; grep shows refreshMe had exactly one call site before
(App.tsx mustchange onDone).
Impact: admins keep the system-management entry across reloads and
normal logins; no behavior change for non-admins (me loads but
isAdmin=false).

Why: store.me 只在改密门 onDone 写入（refreshMe 唯一调用点），刷新/正常重登后 me 恒为 null，管理入口（me?.isAdmin）永久消失——即反复报障的「用户管理页面不可用」。
Evidence: vitest 100/100、tsc+vite build 通过（SELF，本分支）；调用点检索 refreshMe 此前仅 App.tsx 改密门一处。
Impact: 管理员刷新/重登后保留系统管理入口；非管理员无行为变化。配套 Dev 仓 gitlink bump PR 随后。
