Why: the master plan U4 requires a four-entry traceability audit workspace as a builtin Dev frontend workspace; U3 rdm.inspect.* commands are the server contract. Evidence: SELF tsc --noEmit zero errors in new files; design guard compliance verified (tokens only, no raw colors, no inline fontSize, no details element); CI (GATE) will run full suite. Impact: RdmAuditWorkspace.tsx (new, ~500 lines), api.ts (+rdmCommand), Workspaces.tsx (+rdm-audit dispatch), workspaces.ts (+builtin), styles.css (+rdm-audit-* using only @ui tokens).
