weichen 8f00c97fae fix(chat): restore D3 semantic shadow under reasoning no-tools 
Embed authorized messages in the PI summarizer prompt and recover narrative
from execution.log so MiniMax shadow works without REPLACE. Align chatflow
tests with async S1 drain and record closeout evidence.

Invert chat dependencies on chatflow/intentflow/stageflow through
composition-root adapters; replace AssembleRequest coordinator embeds
with local DTOs and tighten the module-boundaries allowlist.

weichenandCursor 18d40fa8a9 feat(chatflow): add ChatLog and ContextAssembler ports 
Keep ctxmgr as table owner and filter the authorized visible set in-process so window, stats, restore, digest, and prompt assembly share one Principal-scoped collection without a package move.
