weichenandCursor 6fa933ac27 fix(kb): return offline client instead of Fatalf under require-online 
Library must not abort the process; E2E callers use EnsureOnline/t.Fatal
so ambient RUN_PI_E2E no longer kills short server tests.

weichenandCursor 0f52ab89db fix(ci): load real KB password for host-side PI E2E 
configs/.env.dev omits KB_DB_PASSWORD so Load kept the default
shared_kb_secret_pass; fall back to root .env so research can use KB.

weichenandCursor f6813cc272 feat(api): add additive HTTP/SSE error envelopes 
Public errors now emit code, safe message, and request_id while keeping the legacy error field. Raw SQL, paths, tokens, and XSS payloads are stripped; the frontend branches on code instead of substring matching.

E2E v2 still hit 30min runner timeout because runOneStep ignored ExecuteOptions.Timeout; inject shared KB config in pi-agent E2E test.

weichenandCursor f4619757e2 fix(test): extend pi-agent E2E AgentTimeout to 60m for stage runs. 
V0.1 workflow steps exceeded the default 30m pi-agent /v1/run deadline; align test config with production AGENT_TIMEOUT and runner env vars.

Align seeded user IDs and use per-role Bearer tokens so review reject/approve actions run as the assigned reviewer instead of the legacy fallback principal.

weichen 3145550a59 feat(security): complete P0 release blocking remediation 
Unify auth middleware and remove X-User-ID trust, add project_members
authorization, sandbox workspaces via resolver, and admin-only reconcile
by run_id. Introduce goose migrations with startup schema gate, fail closed
when DB unavailable outside explicit ALLOW_IN_MEMORY, bundle web/dist in
app Dockerfile, and remove frontend pseudo-login fallback.
