weichen 738bbe1579 feat(agent): add pi-native backend and drop cursor-cli 
Keep the container pi-agent backend as the default while the in-process runtime is available beside it, and remove the unused cursor bridge.

weichenandCursor 8a8197a4f2 fix(taskrun): reject stub backend in main/prod 
Require ResolveBackendInEnv to deny stub (and empty stub fallback) when
env is main/prod so production cannot request simulated agent output.

weichenandCursor 7be873073c feat(taskrun): finalize RunManifest in one unit of work 
CAS the unique terminal status with the assistant turn, frozen manifest, envelope and FAV staging, and join ctxmgr writes through the same UoW instead of a process mutex.
