weichen 3a23fb4533 fix(scripts): force absolute DATA_DIR for nightly real-PI 
Relative DATA_DIR from .env resolves under go test package cwd
(internal/server/data/dev) and diverges from the pi-agent bind mount,
leaving agents without template.md/blackboard.json.

weichen 510b46636a feat(gov): add codegraph hooks and read-only cleanup/MATRIX audits 
Wire CodeGraph into agentctl init/create/sync and expose cleanup report
plus docs drift so agents can inventory stale worktrees and MATRIX
regressions without auto-deleting or auto-promoting done.

WeiCHEN 821a307feb feat(ops): add Cursor skills/MCP/rules/hooks for agentctl 
Wrap the live coordinator in project Cursor capabilities so agents
default to leases, docs apply, and daemon enqueue. Track skills/hooks/mcp
via .gitignore exceptions; guard destructive git with ask permission.

Progress tracking now lives in a separate project. Drop the server,
docs, and module-boundary entries without restoring engineering-dashboard.

- control-center/web: Vite+React+TS SPA (hash routing, token login via
  localStorage, marked-lexer markdown rendering without raw HTML injection)
- pages: overview (stage x state matrix, SSE feed w/ 10s poll fallback),
  8-lane kanban + task create, task detail stepper/pipeline/ops
  (assign/advance/send-back/external-submit), decision inbox, docs browse
  + semantic/keyword/hybrid search, global stage settings, audit placeholder
- internal/controlcenter/webui: //go:embed dist, SPA fallback, index no-store;
  dist committed so go build works without node
- server: GET / serves embedded SPA; pipeline view now includes artifact
  content for console rendering
- archtest: allowlist controlcenter/server -> controlcenter/webui

weichenandCursor 3c26fcb2f8 fix(e2e): assert restored project in the banner and isolate phase artifacts 
Page-wide project-name text hits both the top bar and the session rail after restart. Click the complementary exact title, then assert the banner exact name. Split Playwright output and HTML reports by UI_PHASE so post-restart cannot wipe main traces.
