weichenandCursor 3997a04bdb test(taskrun): cover duplicate finalize, cancel race, and SSE 
Use an isolated dual-pool database so idempotent finalize, cancel CAS, commit-fail SSE, and receipt-gated cleanup are proven without a process mutex.
