Prelim materializes with empty duty slots (author_id=0), so claim/edit is
impossible after UI-11; move conflict onto intake while it is still drafting.
Composer stop/send was gated only on message status; after squad
terminal, stale streaming bubbles kept 停止当前生成. Gate on live
turn/task-run runtime and settle orphans on explicit stop.
Message routing follows the project's real task key, account switches clear local workbench state, and the duty matrix writes the reassignment API instead of a local drill.

The rebuilt workbench issues one member request and one session list request. Slow-network samples improved, but twenty-run percentiles and the restart matrix are still open.

The current workbench stays at one member fetch across 20 logins, while the deployed bundle still fans out. Slow-network samples stay diagnostic until the container is rebuilt.

UI-13b already made A1 the durable document, but phase-state still expected the UI-06 marker. Record successful saves as the latest snippet, ignore conflict drafts, and write that final value at UI-15-pre without relaxing the restore assertion.

A successful post-restart recordPass would overwrite the main 18-case ui-acceptance-results.json. Keep that historical name for main and write ui-acceptance-results-post-restart.json after restart, while still sharing phase-state and secrets.

Page-wide project-name text hits both the top bar and the session rail after restart. Click the complementary exact title, then assert the banner exact name. Split Playwright output and HTML reports by UI_PHASE so post-restart cannot wipe main traces.
