weichenandCursor 69524205b0 fix(audit): ignore MiniMax think blocks when parsing findings 
Real highspeed responses wrap reasoning in think tags that contain
brackets, which made the JSON span extractor fail before the array.

weichenandCursor 049a18d5bc test(controlcenter): cover config pick, store, and leases 
Gate the merge on unit coverage for the three packages that previously
had none: env precedence, migrate/query, and claim/heartbeat/reap.

weichen f79956c498 feat(control-center): P4 .doc importer, agent CLI, task doc export 
- internal/controlcenter/importer: scan .doc/ops/{short-term,long-term}
  and .doc/backlog for task docs, upsert cc_tasks keyed by slug; maps doc
  status/stage, auto-creates the three plans, follows doc status only
  while a task is planned/in_progress (terminal statuses never regress),
  skips unchanged docs, and resolves cross-directory slug collisions by
  fixed directory precedence with a warning
- cmd/control-center: import-docs subcommand (also runs at serve startup
  and on the doc-sync ticker) plus the agent CLI: next / instruction /
  claim / heartbeat / release / event / artifact / advance-request /
  decision / report, thin net/http client, compact JSON output
- console API POST /api/v1/tasks/{id}/export-doc renders a task per
  .doc/ops/templates/short-term-task.md into .doc/ops/short-term/, refuses
  overwrite (409) and unsafe slugs, then backfills doc_path
- fix pre-existing TestAgentHasNoAdvanceRoute: SPA catch-all GET / makes
  the mux answer 405 for unmatched POST paths; accept 404 or 405
- archtest allowlist: controlcenter/importer -> pipeline, store

  (assign/advance/send-back/external-submit), decision inbox, docs browse
  + semantic/keyword/hybrid search, global stage settings, audit placeholder
- internal/controlcenter/webui: //go:embed dist, SPA fallback, index no-store;
  dist committed so go build works without node
- server: GET / serves embedded SPA; pipeline view now includes artifact
  content for console rendering
- archtest: allowlist controlcenter/server -> controlcenter/webui

weichen 63f1fa5f87 feat(control-center): P2 document vector store — ingestion, chunking, embedding, hybrid search 
- internal/controlcenter/embed: OpenAI-compatible /embeddings client
  (batch<=16, 30s timeout, 5xx/network retried once, 4xx not), Embedder
  interface, deterministic offline Stub, pgvector literal formatting
- internal/controlcenter/docs: .doc/**/*.md sync into cc_documents with
  sha256 diffing and vanished-file removal; YAML front matter -> jsonb,
  title fallback, taxonomy from first .doc dir; heading-based chunking
  with paragraph bisection over ~1800 est. tokens; chunk_hash idempotent
  inserts (unchanged chunks keep embeddings); embedding failures degrade
  to NULL vectors without failing the sync; IndexArtifact for
  cc_stage_artifacts; StartPeriodic ticker (CC_DOC_SYNC_SECONDS)
- server: GET /api/v1/docs (taxonomy/q filters), /api/v1/docs/{id},
  /api/v1/docs/search (semantic|keyword|hybrid, ts_rank+ILIKE keyword
  fallback, 0.6/0.4 max-normalized fusion, degraded flag when embedding
  unavailable); async artifact indexing hooked into agent artifacts and
  external-submit handlers
- archtest module-boundaries allowlist updated for new packages
