weichenandCursor c8dbefe8a1 fix(web): align settings CAS, PDF preview, and collaboration UX guards

weichenandCursor cf28e53308 fix(web): map Go UserAccount snake_case fields at auth API boundary 
Normalize role_id/employee_id/must_change_password/created_at into
camelCase for login, me, and admin user mutations so admin UI gates work.
