weichenandCursor 033ef70ac9 fix(squad): propagate AgentTimeout to pi-agent step execution 
E2E v2 still hit 30min runner timeout because runOneStep ignored ExecuteOptions.Timeout; inject shared KB config in pi-agent E2E test.
