Registration always writes role-guest; a deleted standard role became a masked INTERNAL. Username unique violations are now a 400 instead of an infrastructure 500.
Task-run pi launches hardcoded the container path /app/extensions/tavily-search.mjs;
on the no-docker host sidecar every squad/dialogue task run failed at spawn with
ENOENT/extension-load errors. Add PI_AGENT_EXTENSION override and export the
managed pi-dir extension path from the sidecar start script.
Wire intent→coordinator DocResolver confirm cards→action_executor kinds for comment, reopen, pending-supplements query, and real submit-review execution.

Truncate execution.log patches and keep members aligned with patch bodies so
verbose MiniMax-M3 runs no longer exceed the Go 8MB fail-closed limit.
Surface body-too-large vs typed-reject reasons and map contract failures to
fatal restart instead of misleading resumable TASK_INTERRUPTED.
Add a login-visible user directory API and admin/self profile update
paths so project duty selectors stop falling back to "用户 N", and so
users can persist display fields with an admin-edit tip.
T20-I2/I3/I5/I8: dev compose /api/v1/ready, main events networks match test/dev, Dockerfile golang:1.27.1-bookworm, and testing.Short skip for pi-agent docker build.
Track workspace size and age, expose an admin list and cleanup route, and refuse TTL or quota deletion until a frozen manifest matches verified receipts.
Cache MinerU parse results by blob hash and store project-scoped
chunk embeddings for large uploaded materials.

The human ledger and the document body are different stores. Record the projection intent in the same transaction as the ledger, and clear it only when the body write succeeds so a retry cannot append a second revision.

Health checks reuse a two-second snapshot and bound the schema query. Task SSE writes an error frame when an event cannot be encoded. ResolveDocTask errors when the frozen plan has no duty row, while explicit none-duties stay zero. Drop the unwired semantic-summary replace env, record the intentional dev versus release model split, document the test/main cutover path, and archive pre-goose SQL.
