agent-bot	ee1e53b510	fix(tests): per-package test databases + legitimate approval fixtures (issue #2 close) ... Root causes of the remaining 5 CI PG failures (and the hidden flaky set): 1. All PG-integration packages shared ONE database under parallel package execution - migrations/seeds/truncates raced (nondeterministic failure sets, locally and in CI). Fix: RequireTestDatabaseURL/SkipIfNoTestDatabaseURL now derive a per-package database (<base>_<pkgHash>, advisory-lock-guarded CREATE); 9 raw-env straggler tests funnelled through the helpers; db-package tests call it unqualified (no import cycle). 2. Approval-chain fixtures were not production-shaped: freezeReviewSnapshot only honors head_snapshot_id, fake content hashes never froze a snapshot, so ApproverApprove rejected with 'approved requires frozen review_snapshot_id'. Errors were swallowed (_, _ =) hiding this. Fix (ownership-respecting, arch-enforced): - docrevision.SeedContentSnapshotForTest seeds the ledger tables it owns - docgov GovernanceEngine.FreezeHeadSnapshotForTest freezes head/review pointers on document_records (docgov-owned) and clears engine cache - all four integration fixtures use the pair; swallowed errors checked 3. Fixed-name fixtures collide once a package shares one DB (projects uq_projects_name_global): uniquified in projectinstance + server tests. 4. CAS/ctxmgr tests never bootstrapped migrations (relied on other packages having migrated the shared DB): explicit RunMigrationsOnceForTest. Verified: full parallel short suite = 75 packages, 0 failures against an isolated throwaway PG. CI skip list removed - short tests fully required.	2026-09-29 09:54:43 +00:00

weichen	70882918e5	test(pg): isolate PG integration tests from shared dev database ... 修复 go test -short 在设置 TEST_DATABASE_URL 时的既有欠债： - storage/notification/docgov：移除硬编码 agent_system_dev 回退 DSN，改为 无 TEST_DATABASE_URL 即 skip；固定项目名改为 name||code 唯一化。 - docgov engine_db：改为隔离库 + 自建项目行，替换随机 projectID 撞外键的旧写法。 - server/*_pg、projectinstance/pg_integration：迁移到官方 main 工作流 （BuildDefaultPlan official-only 治理后的正确前提），补齐在任成员 （DUTY_ASSIGNEE_NOT_ACTIVE_MEMBER）、任务键 bd_intake、阶段键 V0.1_triage、 项目作用域 run record（events.ValidateEnvelope 拒绝 project<=0）、 task_run_resume 去除内嵌 dev 凭证的 config 硬编码。 - 新增 seedProjectForRun 测试辅助。 验证：fresh 隔离库（55432）上 go test -short -p 1 ./... 除 archtest （另行注册表分支修复）外全部通过；包内并行迁移竞争需 -p 1。	2026-09-22 01:10:17 +00:00
weichenandCursor	dba8139d56	feat(workflow): namespace task keys without breaking old instances ... Published manifests now use bd_/pm_/tm_/sw_ prefixes so workflows cannot share a doc id.
