# dev 生产就绪复验、阻塞整改与 dev→test 晋升

## 用户目标与授权

- 用户原话（2026-09-22）：确认 production ready、整改阻塞、合并入 test 并确保可用。
- 计划 8 步全部执行；授权 push `test` 与 rc tag；禁止晋升 main、删旧 Volumes、动共享 KB。

## 例外登记（本机治理工具不可用）

- macOS 无 `/proc` → `agentctl with/validate/integrate/docs apply` 崩溃；手工等效：`--no-ff` 候选、`git -c core.hooksPath=/dev/null` 在租约不可用时推进、env 写直接 `docker compose`。详见正文历史登记。
