## 开场必读
|
||
|

1. `AGENTS.md` → `PROJECT.md` → `.doc/README.md` → `.doc/ops/CURRENT.md` → `FEATURE-MATRIX` → short-term / handoff
|
||
|

## 红线

||
- 任务开始前：short-term/long-term + CURRENT 并行认领（mutex）
|
||
- 合 dev + 容器测：占用 CURRENT 集成槽位；他人 queue 等待
|
||
- 多 Agent 并行：worktree（`.worktrees/`）；禁止 worktree 内 env-service start
|
||
- 禁止只改代码；done 任务 → `archive/ops/`
|
||
- 验收报告 → `.doc/test-reports/`；运行产物 → `test-reports/assets/`
|
||
- 禁止在 `.doc/` 根或 `docs/` 随意新建文档
|
||
|
