cannot complete:
1. npx playwright install-deps chromium / apt install libatk1.0-0
2. Re-run with PLAYWRIGHT_CHANNEL=chrome|msedge
3. Docker mcr.microsoft.com/playwright fallback (needs shell)
4. agentctl with commit
partial prior evidence (not a full-suite PASS):
- ui-results.json: FS-IAM-01 PASS, FS-IAM-02 PASS only
- playwright.log: 2/21 listed then truncated (no exit summary)
- host Chromium historically fails on missing libatk-1.0.so.0 (see repo prior reports)
