Wave 2B PU5B：nightly PI + promotion receipt
目标
落地夜间真实 PI 回归入口、不可变 promotion receipt，以及晋升脚本强制校验；same-image digest 晋升本轮仅做到 same-commit + digest 可追溯。
范围
- promotion receipt 写/校验 + waiver
- nightly-real-pi.yml + run-nightly-real-pi.sh
- git-workflow-helper / promote-to-test / release-to-main 门禁钩子
- 报告与 FEATURE-MATRIX / remediation 同步
非目标
- compose 按 digest pull 的同镜像晋升流水线
- Playwright 双标签；升 MULTI_INTENT tier
