runner.mjs imports ./settle-policy.mjs but the Dockerfile only copied runner.mjs, which crashed shuimu-pi-agent-dev on import. COPY the runtime module and assert every relative import is in the image set. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
