Wrap the live coordinator in project Cursor capabilities so agents
default to leases, docs apply, and daemon enqueue. Track skills/hooks/mcp
via .gitignore exceptions; guard destructive git with ask permission.

agentctl MCP (stdio)

Zero-dependency Node MCP server wrapping scripts/agentctl.py.

# from repo root
node scripts/mcp/agentctl-mcp.mjs

Cursor loads it via .cursor/mcp.json. Reload MCP after checkout.

lease_run / validate take command as an argv array (no shell). Set AGENTCTL_REPO only when the script is not under the repo tree.
