Each rdev step now gets a role-filtered overlay so writing discipline stays out of the template. User needs, system requirements, review minutes, and upload indexes fail the quality gate when IDs, decisions, or attachment indexes are incomplete. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

验证：方案 → 记录 → 报告，指标可测、样本/设备/环境写清。唯一 RS 数 = 唯一 TSYS 数，验证方法须可操作（仪器/步骤/判据），禁止只写标准号。
role:organizer
列验证/确认项与接受准则来源（标准、内部规范、用户需求）；优先对齐 prior_docs 已批准 SRS。
role:engineer
方法、设备、样本量、偏差处理；为每个 RS 编写 TSYS 与验证步骤。
role:writer
每个验证项：准则、结果、结论、追溯；4.2 类主表行数反映复杂度；4.1 声明的 N 与主表行数一致。
role:leader
接受准则可验证；唯一 RS/TSYS 数量一致；与 design_vv / validation_plan / test_manager 无矛盾；相对 prior SRS 有漏项则退回。
