文档可靠性 M1 活验签字与条件 M2
W1-D（2026-09-22）：与 pilot 同步——
workspacemutex 不再被「停止扩面」名义冻结；G1/G2 可消费已交付 workspace 能力。U6 outbox / U7 FAV 仍须独立审批。
目标
占集成槽把试点合入本地 dev 并 rebuild，补齐真实 PI / 浏览器 / 跨用户 / 多会话签字。仅当新报告最后一句为「继续 M2」时开工 U5–U7。
范围
- A1 占槽、合入、rebuild、health/ready
- A2 143 只读 + 新建项目页面 + fail-closed
- A3 真实 pi-agent 编制后刷新
- A4 隔离库双 pool / 4 会话
- A5 活验 go/no-go
- B 仅 go 后：U5–U7
非目标
- 不终止项目 143
- 未 go 不开 outbox/FAV
- 不拆 chat/squad

验收标准
- health + ready 来自本分支镜像

- 报告最后一句只能是继续 M2 或停止扩面
- M2 报告最后一句只能是继续 M3 或停止扩面
