rdev 模板深度补强 S1 续批（剩余 46 份）
目标
将剩余 46 份 rd_* 模板按写作规范做同等深度补强，lint allowlist 扩至全 60 份，抽样真 PI 打样收口。
范围
- 批1：6 份评审记录
- 批2：阶段06 硬件/工艺 8 份
- 批3：阶段06 软件/检验/技术要求+清单 9 份
- 批4：阶段08 验证 12 份
- 批5：阶段10–13 转换/确认 11 份
- lint allowlist + 抽样真 PI + 文档同步
非目标
- S2/S3、P2 前端、P3 三样本全量 E2E、P4 键名空间化
- 晋升 test/main
步骤
- 批1 评审记录 6 份
- 批2 硬件/工艺 8 份
- 批3 软件/检验/清单 9 份
- 批4 验证 12 份
- 批5 转换/确认 11 份
- 抽样真 PI + 文档同步（合入 push 见 merge 步骤）
验收标准
- 46 份无「按本阶段专业结构写」；lint allowlist 60/60
- 抽样 1–2 份真 PI PASS（
