目标

审查原 PU6 方案：REPLACE 被 Wave5 X-2 密封导致行无法 done。收窄 chat-semantic-d3 为 shadow 能力并升 done；REPLACE 迁出为 chat-semantic-replace deferred；当前 tip 重验 + 修复 reasoning 真 PI 回归。
