Update Gitea endpoints on the legacy API line (compat branch)

Why: superprojects pinned to this commit need a migrated .gitmodules without moving dependency APIs; created from the exact pinned commit. Evidence: host-verified; see Dev PR #706 Impact: configuration only. Refs: Agent-System-Dev PR #706
