Record the golang.org/x/text sum native inherits from intent

Why: vet of this module failed once intent started importing NFKC, because the sum was only in the intent module. Evidence: GOWORK=off go vet ./... and go test -count=1 ./runtime/... ./adapters/... ./exec/... passed after go get golang.org/x/text@v0.29.0. Impact: go.mod gains an indirect require and go.sum is created. Runtime behavior is unchanged. Refs: I4 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
