Pin agent-intent to the CI checkout fix

Why: Native must build the intent commit that fetches submodules over HTTPS.
Evidence: deps/agent-intent is 7f7879b06b053f0a62746309b79e0e1b9a00f42d.
Impact: The gitlink matches the open intent pull request head. Nested guideline pins are unchanged.
