Point the nested agent-native pin at the WP5 head

Why: Dev moved its agent-native pin to c9c2f23 (PRs #19/#20);
check-pins requires the same combination in squad's nested copy.

Evidence: c9c2f23 is the #20 merge on agent-native main; squad
suites run next.

Impact: Nested pin only.
