Pin agent-native message shaping

Why: Dev now builds provider requests through PrepareMessages. Squad's nested copy has to sit on that same commit or the pin check fails.
Evidence: The gitlink moves from e4020d2 to 3a110a7. No squad source changed.
Impact: Squad compiles against the message shaper. Empty MessageShape still leaves transcripts unchanged.
