Record verification and name the Agent-Native submodule by its deps path.

The working tree tests passed, and the note states that a fresh remote clone still cannot fetch the unpushed Agent-Native commit.

+首轮失败与重试：无测试失败。克隆失败是因为依赖提交还在本机。
+结论与限制：工作区组合可测，还不是可从批准远端完整克隆的发布组合。
+剩余项/责任人：先推送 Agent-Native 的 `e65c6ba`，再推送本仓。推送前不要把这个 gitlink 交给只从远端克隆的环境。
