Pin the complete Agent-Native stream guard

Why: Keep Agent-Squad on the reviewed Agent-Native stream terminal behavior used by Backend and Dev.

Evidence: GOWORK=off go vet ./... and go test -count=1 ./... passed with the new pin.

Impact: Dependency gitlink only; no Agent-Squad source change.
