Point the nested agent-native pin at the delegation template update

Why: Dev-level pin consistency (scripts/check-pins.sh hard-errors on nested
vs Dev-level drift); agent-native main advanced to 37c5e6f (Request
OutputFormat/Tools, agent-native #40).

Evidence: adapters/native and root suites green against 37c5e6f (SELF);
CI authoritative (GATE).

Impact: nested deps/agent-native 1ac21c6 -> 37c5e6f; no squad source
changes.
