weichen a5afe9c8cc Pin nested agent-intent and agent-native to the A3 tips 
Why: composition consistency - Dev pins agent-intent at the A3
evaluation tip and agent-native at the M5 tip; the squad container's
nested copies must match (check-pins).
Evidence: pin only.
Impact: nested gitlink pointer changes.
