Pin the nested agent-native to the M5 fix

Why: composition consistency - Dev pins agent-native at the M5 preflight tip; the squad container's nested copy must match (check-pins). Evidence: pin only; adapters/native tests green on the new pin. Impact: nested gitlink pointer change. Refs: feature/audit-followups-pin-gate-m5
