级联指针：嵌套 agent-native 指向 intent 级联头

Agent-Native PR #21 已把 native 的嵌套 intent 升到 I1 命令模型；squad 的嵌套 native 须携带同一头（6ea69293），否则 Dev check-pins 失败（实测）。

验证

• 五个 squad 模块 go test 全 ok，无 FAIL。

主任务：Dev 仓 feature/agent-stack-i1。

Why: Agent-Native PR #21 landed the nested intent bump; squad's
nested native must carry the same head or Dev check-pins fails.

Evidence: 6ea69293 is the #21 merge on agent-native main; squad
modules run next.

Impact: Nested pin only.
