Why: backend main (quality-phase02 #115 + the EXT-14 #114/#116 chain) pins agent-native at 3b92cb63; the Dev umbrella check-pins requires agent-squad nested gitlink to match before Dev can consume the backend bump.

Evidence: gitlink-only change; 3b92cb63 verified upstream (agent-native "Capture OpenAI-compatible reasoning and replay it in assistant history"). CI gate on this head.

Impact: nested gitlink only; no agent-Squad source change.
