weichen 02c0d6aae4 Pin agent-native to the SSE abort fix
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 25s
ci / docker-checkout-hostgateway (pull_request) Successful in 1s
Why: the squad checkout has to record the native head that treats a cancelled stream as aborted.
Evidence: go test -count=50 -race ./runtime/llm/ passed on d84a67c.
Impact: gitlink only.

weichen 5e414ffecc Pin intent and native to the D1 schema heads
ci / vet-and-test (pull_request) Successful in 24s
ci / docker-checkout-hostgateway (pull_request) Successful in 0s
Why: the squad checkout has to record the same intent and native commits Dev will pin.
Evidence: gitlinks only. Schema and adapter tests already passed on those heads.
Impact: no squad source change.

weichenandCursor f68e5bde7b Keep the agent-intent import inside the intent adapter
Why: the command has to load guard overlays without naming agent-intent types. Only adapters/intent may import that library.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go test -count=1 in adapters/intent and cmd/agent-squad passed.
Impact: CLI calls NewFromOverlay. Guard domains stay guard.

weichenandCursor a182d7662b Move cross-library squad code into adapter modules
Why: the squad core has to compile without agent-native or agent-intent. Ports stay in the core; adapters and the CLI own the concrete clients.
Evidence: GOWORK=off go test -count=1 ./squad/ ./store/ ./textextract/ ./schema/ passed, and the intent, sqlite, native, and cmd modules passed their own go test.
Impact: core go.mod keeps error-code-system only. Nested gitlinks stay. Callers register the native backend through agent-squad/adapters/native.
