Point the nested agent-squad pin at the SQLite convergence

Why: Agent-Squad PR #26 landed the SQLite Store, single-DB mounting
and the Executor-port fix; backend must carry the same head or Dev
check-pins fails.

Evidence: backend suite 30 packages ok at this combination.

Impact: Nested squad pin only.
