Point the nested agent-squad pin at the Store and termination work

Why: Agent-Squad PR #25 landed the Store port, tiered checkpoints
and the termination registry; backend must carry the same head or
Dev check-pins fails.

Evidence: backend suite 30 packages ok at this combination.

Impact: Nested squad pin only.
