Pin Core evidence export correction

Why: The generated TypeScript mirror must keep evidence helpers private to the module.

Evidence: Backend go test ./... -count=1 passed with Core b474394; frontend knip fix verification follows after regeneration.

Impact: Nested Core gitlink only; no runtime semantic change.
