Point the nested native and squad pins at the MCP 2026-07-28 work

Why: native 77e7f978 (Agent-Native#27, N2 WP3) and the squad cascade
carry the MCP 2026-07-28 alignment; the nested pins follow for the Dev
combination check.
Evidence: go build + go test -count=1 ./... green on this combination.
Impact: none beyond the pins.
