Point the nested native and squad pins at the Anthropic client work

Why: native d6053baf (Agent-Native#26, N2 WP2) and squad 41ea2766
(Agent-Squad#30) carry the native Anthropic client; the nested pins
follow for the Dev combination check.
Evidence: go build + go test -count=1 ./... green on this combination.
Impact: none beyond the pins.
