Align Backend Squad pin with terminal observation contract

Why: The Backend composition must use the same Agent-Native revision through Squad.

Evidence: Dev task receipt for full Backend vet and Go test with pinned dependencies.

Impact: Updates only the Agent-Squad gitlink.
