Merge current main contracts into material checkpoint work

Why: Main advanced its account search and embedded Core contracts while the U3 candidate remained in review.

Evidence: go test ./... -count=1 on the merged working tree; Core, UI and Frontend merged tests passed separately.

Impact: Preserve the U3 work and account search while pinning the merged Core contract.
