Stop tracking Python bytecode from house-style tests
Why: The first commit picked up __pycache__ created while running the house-style suite. Bytecode is not part of the skill and should not be seeded or reviewed. Evidence: git rm of the cached pyc files; .gitignore now ignores __pycache__ and *.pyc. Impact: The skill tree contains only source. Seed already skips __pycache__ directories.
