Why: Core PR #26 put node id/source into ts/types.ts (the contract authority); backend dep copy must match Dev modules/core pin or check-pins fails.

Evidence: scripts/check-pins.sh + combined make test in Dev after re-pinning.

Impact: Gitlink bump only.

Pin agent-system-core to 7a98a7e (TS contract authority for node ids) ... 5191efd891

Why: Core PR #26 made ts/types.ts carry the node id/source fields; the
backend dep copy must match Dev's modules/core pin or check-pins fails.
