Details 
Why: Dev modules/core is at 7a98a7e7 (core PR #26); backend's internal pin lagged at 89f3906 after a parallel merge, failing Dev check-pins.

Evidence: build and store/runmgr suites green with the aligned pin; check-pins green after this merge.

Impact: gitlink bump only.
