Why: Spawned agent progress disappeared when the parent reply settled.

Evidence: go test ./...; run-event route test covers child status and raw-output exclusion.

Impact: Return child progress and result events in parent history without exposing child raw tool streams.

Why: Completed replies currently drop access to streamed thinking and tool output.

Evidence: go test ./...; isolated run-event pagination and conversation binding test.

Impact: Add owner-scoped paginated event reading for a single conversation run.
